I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere with a beautiful courtyard, huge trees, and a lovely pool area with a waterfall. The building itself was very nice, with balconies and rounded corners. My room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen with a fantastic fridge/freezer. The staff were all very nice, and the live music at the bar was amazing. It was a great experience to sit by the pool and listen to different genres of music each night. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet at night, and I had a peaceful sleep each night.

Convenient location on 5th Ave with clean, medium-sized rooms. Bar with live music that doesn't disturb sleep. Amazing breakfast at nearby restaurant. Friendly staff and unlimited drinking water provided. Lively atmosphere and short walk to the beach.

Its location ensures the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility, being close to all the exciting activities in Playa. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with knowledgeable and friendly staff providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast while taking in the beautiful view from the hotel's terrace. The swing bar adds a unique touch to the atmosphere, allowing guests to socialize and have a great time.
Some guests have mentioned a lack of hair dryers and extra pillows in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for some.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Playa del Carmen. This hotel provided excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable and clean room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the entrance of the lively 10th Avenue where all the fun is. We enjoyed the convenience of having many restaurants nearby and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the private balcony with different views of Playa Del Carmen. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our mornings with delicious muffins.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was wonderful.
